Transform your bathroom from drab to fab!!!

"Although there are some absolutely gorgeous boutique lines producing sinks and toilet in rich, deep colors, white is still by far the most popular choices for toilet and bath tubs and sinks" says Bob Gardener (president of the National Kitchen and Bath Association)
Choosing the right tub or shower can transform a bathroom from drab to fab.It is important to choose a tub or shower that suites your lifestyle. A fast person who spends only a minute in the bathroom and has limited time for themselves will surely see no need for a bath tub but prefer a walk in shower. While others will appreciate a bath tub and all that comes along with it.

I have also come to realize, that we don’t need to be wealthy to make our bathrooms pretty, what we need is art, style and creativity!! While most of us have our bathrooms already painted white(this is common here in Uganda) there are various simple ideas that can create a big change and add flair to the room,

cabinets, beautiful tiling, a simple flower, a rug all these will bring beautiful changes you wont believe.
Add simple cabinets in the bathroom; with intentions of having ample storage and covering the sink bottom and piping...just like me you will totally love the beauty.

Add a flower to bring fragrance and beauty. In some cases flowers act as fumigators try them, you might be lucky.

Create proper storage; arrange the towels, toiletries in a smart way, always note that poor storage is the number one killer of design.

Tiling will also create a fab look depending on how it is done. Small details such as colored tiles mixed and matched right create a beautiful look.
maximize the natural light and let of of burglar proof and curtains sometimes
Lighting; while natural light is most preferred, there are all sorts of beautiful lighting ideas out there. There is this common design I have noticed here in Uganda, most bathrooms are fitted with small windows that are given heavy burglar proofing! Personally I think this is not right! Once the window is small try to avoid the burglar proofing and curtaining to allow enough natural light. always try to maximise natural light. You should be able to have somelight in your bathroom even with UMEME(electricity) off. Of course have privacy as a priority while you do away with most of these.
add color while you also try to emphasize tidiness
Color it; they don't always have to be white. That trend is out now isn’t it? Add color but make sure you chose right bathroom colors are not easy to pull off..but keep it bright.

u have no idea what color is capable of!!!
